These terms govern your use of fashiongalstore.com and any order you place through it. The store is operated by Fashion Gal, 13774 Foothill Blvd, Sylmar, CA 91342, United States.

1. Agreement

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter at checkout, including the shipping address.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every dress as accurately as we can, including its neckline, closure, fabric and lining.

Colours can look different between screens, and photography cannot guarantee an exact match. A difference in on-screen colour is not a fault, though our returns policy still applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices charged at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Where a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where the payment is not authorised, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

In short: 1 to 3 business days handling, 4 to 8 business days in transit within the United States, and a 30-day return window on unworn, unwashed dresses with their tags attached.
