The Beati is a blue floral midi dress with a cut out at the bust and puff sleeves to argue with it.
The neckline is a sweetheart, elasticised so it moves rather than holds rigid, and a cut out sits at the front of the bust beneath it. Short puff sleeves gather into elasticised cuffs. Below the waist the skirt is cut A-line and swings out with each step you take. An invisible zip and a hook and eye clasp close the back, and the dress is lined.
Midi length keeps the proportions sensible even with all of that happening above the waist, which makes this a good wedding-guest dress and a better party one. A low heel is plenty. Let the sleeves and the cut out carry the conversation and keep your hands free for everything else.
